CARIAD is a software company under Volkswagen Group, providing software solutions across its automotive brands. myVolkswagen is one of CARIAD's consumer-facing products, allowing users to manage vehicle connectivity features including trip history, vehicle enrolment, car status, and partner services. I was embedded in the myVolkswagen team as a product designer for nearly two and a half years, working across feature development and improvement in close collaboration with CARIAD and Volkswagen designers and engineers.
